DASH’s Community Outreach & Development Program focuses on promoting active community leadership in local neighborhoods, and helps neighborhoods to organize special activities, like the annual Hillside Festival.
We’re dedicated to building community relationships and offering education and support in the areas of renting and home ownership. It’s not enough to just provide quality housing, we also need to shift some of the mindset of what it means to be a tenant or a homeowner and the importance in taking pride in and care of your home. This also extends to being part of your community and looking out for one another as neighbors.
