DASH Partners with Habitat's ReStore for Open House

DASH HOSTS AN OPEN HOUSE

DASH is holding an open house at one of their new builds in Hillside. The open house is scheduled for Thursday, November 12th. The drop in event will be from 11 – 2 pm at 506 Everett St in Hillside.
We are excited to announce an open house for our new build home on Everett Street. This new build has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and boasts vinyl plank flooring throughout. Designer touches includes shaker style cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms with soft close drawers. DASH is redefining affordable housing in LaGrange. These homes were made possible by a grant from the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.

DASH has partnered with the Habitat Humanity’s Restore and Tournesol Southern Accents to stage the new house.  ReStore will furnish the new home. The furnishings will be available to purchase. This was a great and strategic partnership with two of the largest housing nonprofits in LaGrange. We look forward to many more projects in the future.

The world renowned designer is Oliver Carballo. Mr. Caballo volunteers his talents with the Habitat Restore. “I have been very fortunate to work with very creative and talented people in various parts of the world .  In all my projects, my objective is to study my clients and learn about their life style in order to develop unique, functional and well balanced spaces. My various works include residentials in Mexico City area, Villas in Manzanillo, Colima in the Mexico Pacific Ocean and bungalows in Phan Thiet, Vietnam in the Indochina Peninsula. Recently my work have taken me from restoring an Old Tobacco Plantation circa 1821, in Richmond Virginia and most recently restoring in Atlanta, Georgia an Antebellum property from the 1840’s that needed an upgrade after almost 60 years without renovations. For more on his designs please visit

We have 3 new builds available in Hillside. We are excited because these were made possible by a state grant awarded to the city of LaGrange. We now have these beautiful homes at an affordable price. It also fits within our mission which is revitalizing neighborhoods!   Snider said.
