Pure Life Studios will donate $5.00 per ]cket sold for the event and $1.00 per ]cket from future shows will go to DASH for the revitaliza]on efforts here in LaGrange.
Pure Life Studios, Beacon Brewery and DASH are all located in Historic Hillside. This collaboration]on is taking place in Doc Spiers, a historical shell of a building that DASH has saved as piece of history and a wonderful outdoor event space. Artists’ Bios Jontavious Willis is a GRAMMY Nominated Artist (Best Traditional Blues Album of the year 2019), is Georgia born, a multi-instrumentalist that will turn your head when you hear him strumming & swaying to the Blues: Delta, Piedmont, Texas, & Gospel. His stand-out fingerpicking, flat-picking, and slide prowess are as notable as his entertaining history lessons and his engaging performances. Spectacular Class is the follow-up release to his debut album, Blue Metamorphosis, which was released in 2016 and garnered him rave reviews from such notable magazines as Living Blues and Blues & Rhythm. In 2018, Blue Metamorphosis earned recognition by the Blues Foundation through their International Blues Challenge, where he was honored with the Best Self-Produced CD Award.
Dylan Triplett is an 19-year-old Blues and Soul prodigy vocalist, pianist, and guitarist. Dylan started singing when he was 9 years old and has been doing so professionally since late 2016 when he began singing with Miss Carolyn Mason.
Influenced and tutored by his father, Dylan began branching out towards other young ar]sts like Blues Phenom, Marquise Knox, and Jontavious Willis. Not long ago, Dylan began performing regular guest spots with Marquise and continued to sharpen his craft.
Dylan also found motivation and influence from other notable St. Louis shakers such as Emcee/Blues Torchcarrier Alonzo Townsend, Charles “Skeet” Rodgers, and the legends of the past such as Oliver Sain, Ray Charles, James Brown and many others as you will feel as soon as he picks up the mic.
Those influences have led him to already grace stages such as, the Baby Blues Showcase and the Big Muddy Blues Fes]val. If you have any doubt about the future, Dylan Triplet is the answer….and he’s s]ll only 19. Buckle up.

Jayy Hopp was born in Lagrange on March 10th 1995. Gospel and R&B music was very influen]al in his forma]ve years. The guitar drives and grooves always caught his ear.
As he aged, Jayy Hopp expanded his musical vocabulary and he then began listening to Jimi Hendrix which lead him to Albert Collins, Johnny “Guitar” Watson, Guitar Slim, Fenton Robinson and Ike Turner. His long time friend Jontavious Willis enlightened him about the roots of blues and different playing styles. Jayy Hopp plays with a solid syncopaton and his influences are clear, but he also brings his own personality in the mix.

Expect Jayy Hopp to be a name mentioned amongst the names of the new rising blues generation.
